<p>這是司思電子報的第二十期。司思電子報的出現，源自於疫情時期，減少了實體活動，我們仍希望保持跟大家持續對話，因此用每兩三個月、每期三到四篇不等的訪談，呈現司法改革背後人物的故事。很長一段時間，電子報沒有主編也沒有責編，靠著各個部門在份內事務以外時間抽空帶著志工完成。那些在工作的空隙中閃閃發光的時刻，成為我們的靈感。</p>

<p>本期電子報，是由我在紐約當下寫成的流水帳彙整而成，時隔半年重新整理，仍歷歷在目。觀察的重點主要還是針對組織的營運，在紐約期間每天都深怕浪費時間，記下的事情其實無暇多加咀嚼，整理電子報的過程中才再次反省與檢討自己的吸收與實際運用。組織由人組成，無人完美，我也無法完美，只能不斷看見錯誤、從他人身上學習。總之謝謝這趟所有與我相遇的人與事。</p>

<p>行文至此，這邊的日子已經過了一半。雖然已經大致理解這個城市安全的規則：例如看到紅燈不一定要停下來（不然看起來很像外地人會風險升高，比闖紅燈被撞還危險）、避開所有人煙稀少的時段跟地點，以及不要拿出紙鈔，也理解同事經過我的座位問我「How are you」的時候不用真心回應，就隨便回個good或fine就好，沒有人是真的要聽你說你今天好不好，那不是一個真正的問句。</p>

<p>來過司改會辦公室，大概對於整牆的司改雜誌並不陌生。時光推進，走過司改雜誌中那些過去改革的歲月，我們未曾止步。</p>
<p>隨著司改會投入的工作項目日益增多，攤開現在內部工作會議的議程，光北部辦公室包含法案政策跟個案就共有20個組別，除了司改會這麼多的法律議題、政策、個案之外，我們還希望讓大家看到背後這群相信改革、努力實踐的人們，他們的身影與故事。</p>
<p>適逢疫情期間無法辦實體活動，電子媒介對於訊息的傳播更加重要。於是決定重啟電子報。沒有主編也沒有責編，靠著各個部門在份內事務以外時間抽空帶著志工完成，希望帶給大家軟性的司改之思，給大家更多不同的故事。</p>
