I have two serially cut, partially overlapping H&E images with approximately 20% overlap. I was wondering if you think your method could be modified to align these images within the same space?
I’ve followed the tutorials and successfully loaded my images and created landmark points. However, since I'm working directly with the H&E images and don’t have a rasterized image from coordinates, I'm unsure how to proceed with the transformations required to align the images.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Melanie
