💡 구현 기능

투표 기능에서 발생할 수 있는 예외를 처리한다.

🛠️ 상세 작업 내용

  • 존재하지 않는 데이터를 요구하는 경우 예외 처리
  • 중복 투표를 진행하는 경우 예외 처리
  • 투표 기간이 종료되었는데 투표를 진행하려고 하는 경우 예외 처리
  • 카테고리가 'CASUAL'인 게시글에서 투표를 수정하려는 경우 예외 처리
