Failing to get clients IP

Run into a strange error. Toko was running fine for weeks up until last night. For some reason, all clients are now failing to connect.

All statuses are showing as offline.
server console showing no errors.
F8 console shows both the initilized script error, along with the server id strings.
F8 console loops the attached image errors.
I've double checked all the relevant ports are open in the firewall.
Double checked both c_config.lua and ws_servers config.js are configured correctly.
Tried changing the port in both configs.
Tried updating from 1.5.4 to the latest 1.5.5 version.

To add on to this, if I restart the resource after I've connected, it will start working. It just seems to not work on player load.
