Use apache for running the service, rather than php -S

Not sure if we want to close this now or wait for the docker stuff and apply that to sprint-002 then close it.
I kinda forgot there was a ticket.

@ruebot, yes I would say that #160 did resolve this.

But then I guess we need another ticket to ensure that once the Docker image is created for 7.x-2.x that we update sprint-002 to also use Docker.

Do you want to close this as part of your merge of #160?
