core.entity_view_mode.node.teaser missing

When uninstalling and reinstalling islandora and islandora_core. It complains that the following dependency is missing: core.entity_view_mode.node.teaser.

Adding that config resolves the issue.

@Natkeeran is this still a thing and if it is could you submit a PR with your config?

The config file actually already exists in islandora_demo. We just need to move it over to islandora_core_feature. (Creating it new in islandora_core_feature while leaving it in islandora_demo will cause new errors to appear.)

So, we need a PR on both islandora and islandora_demo.
