A user without the fedoraAdmin role will be shown the Add Media button, but uploads will fail in odd ways. PDFs appear to load, but they aren't there when you try to see them. Images won't load, you'll see a message saying the alternate text is of the wrong primitive type.

This button should be hidden if the user hasn't the privilege to add media.

I was unable to find any privilege assigned to fedoraAdmin that wasn't also assigned to Administrator as well.
