Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to deploy OpenShift AI, we need tooling to deploy the Authorino service via its Operator, as a prerequisite, see https://github.com/red-hat-data-services/rhods-operator?tab=readme-ov-file#prerequisites

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a new Intersmash operator-based provisioner, that can deploy the Authorino CRs and manage their lifecycle.
