After releasing Intersmash 0.0.2 release, it is now the right time to discuss what the next release should be about.

The following proposal is based on three main drivers, i.e. evolution, consolidation and maintenance, which respectively aim at:

• catching up with the momentum that new technologies are bringing to the community
• improving the usability of the framework to ease adoption by the community
• resolving outstanding issues to make the library more robust

Intersmash - Milestone 3

1. Evolution
   • Provision OpenShift AI components, see https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_ai_self-managed/2.8/html/installing_and_uninstalling_openshift_ai_self-managed/installing-and-deploying-openshift-ai_install#installing-openshift-data-science-operator-using-cli_operator-install
   • Provision on vanilla Kubernetes via the Operator framework, see Draft for k8s support #66
   • Provision a Quarkus based app
2. Consolidation
   • PR continuous testing via internal jobs that report status to GitHub
   • Change test suite deployment management and execution (git based s2i to replace binary based one)
   • 1 relevant example, e.g. WildFly + Keycloak
3. Maintenance
   • Resolve issues labeled as bugs

The milestone will be populated with GitHub issue trackers based on the aforementioned requirements.
