As part of IntersectMBO/ouroboros-network#1589 I rewrote the imm DB model, but defined a bunch of functions (primarily dbmEBBs, dbmCurrent, dbmBlobs) that provided the same API as the old model to avoid making too many changes. We can probably avoid the use of these functions.
