Fix shelley-testnet.sh to put all state in a single directory #393

The scripts/shelley-testnet.sh script creates state in a number of different places (configuration/GenesisFiles, db-* and logs).

This should all be in a single directory so that state can be deleted with a single command. That location should also be reported on stdout when the script runs.
