Idea : Create Translation version for this documentation

Having this documentation in several languages would be very useful.

@LickosA - Yes! Our plan is to translate these into French and Spanish ourselves (i.e. Internet Society paying for the translation), as we publish our website in English, French and Spanish. We would then definitely welcome translations into other languages from the community.

BEFORE we do that, though, I want to make another copy-editing pass through the documents so that they are more "final" before we send them to translation.
