LightsheetRegistration.ipynb, added in #6, yields an internal pytest error when included in notebook testing workflows

Task list:

  1. Re-enable lightsheet notebook testing in CI in a development branch and confirm the issue still appears
  2. Reproduce the issue locally
  3. Determine and address the failure
