Après #193 l'OpenAPI de loterre-resolvers ne répond pas, car ezs parcourt tous les fichiers présents dans /app/public (et il y en a maintenant plus de 2 millions).

En réalité il finit par répondre, mais ça prend du temps (environ 50 secondes).

Peut-être faudrait-il suggérer la création d'un .ezsignore pour ezs ?
