I see a new major version was pushed. Is there a changelog or release notes anywhere to describe the API-breaking changes? Thanks.

no changelog 😋 but no API breaking change too. The code was rewritten with typescript

Okay, thanks! In the future, could there be a changelog or release notes that would indicate whether there are API-breaking changes (and/or new features, etc)?
