Rename package to ifk-weather

Description

I propose a change of package scope from only SMHI data to weather related data, i.e. accessing weather data from an API. The SMHI parent class is starting to add functionality not found in the SMHI API, which could be useful to other APIs. I also find it simpler to work in a smaller number of repos.
