Vercel integration: not working for eu region

Describe the bug

Vercel integration can not be installed on cloud instance on eu region.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a eu region cloud instance
2. Add a new project
3. Go to integrations
4. Select vercel integration
5. You'll get redirected to "https://vercel.com/integrations/undefined/new?state=****" which gives a 404
6. If you then replace the "undefined" with "infisical" you can get into the integration configuration
7. When you finish the registration tho you get redirect to: "https://app.infisical.com/login?redirect=****" and if you then login to eu region nothing happens
8. Also when you manually replace "https://app.infisical.com" with "https://eu.infisical.com" nothing is happening and the integration is not added.
9. I also tried manually taking the redirect url from the link and manually going to it. But then i'm getting an error saying "Client id and client secret are required".

Expected behavior

Should link to correct link and shokd add the integration correctly.
