Because of some bug in openpyxl 3.1.1, the required version for this library is still locked at >=3.0.6,<3.1.1

openpyxl 3.1.5 is current and should (hopefully) solve the underlying issue, so would it be possible to remove that restriction? Or at least change it into something like >=3.0.6,!=3.1.1 ?
