I have done the main flow, for when users open the bot, or when they are redirected back to the main question.

Again, please advise which email to send the google drive link to, as then you can open it in draw.io I think, and it will be easier for you.

I will now start doing the main 8 flows which follow from this one, probably in separate documents. Hope it makes sense.
