Some previously installed Apps are reported as not installed inside Obtainium

Hi there.
I have Syncthing-Fork installed on my phone. Now that I have installed Obtainium, I am going through the list of all the Apps that I have installed through F-Droid and I am adding them up to Obtainium from their Github/Gitlab source.
And Syncthing-Fork is reported by Obtainium as not being installed even though it is visible on F-Droid client list of installed Apps and it is working just fine on my phone.
Is this the expected behavior? I would expect Obtainium to detect the App and not being able to install from the source due to different signature.
Maybe this is a know very minor issue that doesn't matter because in the end the Apps can't be installed as updates by Obtainium due to their signature.
