As above, this file needs some clarification on what it is and how to use it.

Personally, I would separate the paper-related stuff to a completely separate repository altogether.

I think there's an argument to keep this in since it directly plots the outputs of experimenter.py. I think the argument would be whether to move the entire paper repository. Which is valid - though I will leave it combined until release for ease? - though now noted in

Make sure to separate out requirements.txt
