Advanced filtering does not count filters when there are other features enabled in the toolbar #15136

Description

When applying filters with advanced filtering, the count stays (0)

igniteui-angular version:
browser:

Steps to reproduce

Issue can be reproduced on the toolbar samples page https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/treegrid/toolbar
Count is working fine when stand alone as it can be observed in the advanced filtering topic - https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/grid/advanced-filtering

Result

The count always shows 0 regardless of number of applied filters

Expected result

The count should be displaying the correct number of filters regardless of the scenario
