Value of page property in paginator is overriden in Remote paging scenario

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the GridRemotePagingSampleComponent from Dev demos
2. Set the page property in the class to a value higher than 0, public page = 4;
3. Run the sample

Result

Runtime the page value is overriden to 0, so first page is displayed:

Expected result

Page 5 (corresponding to page index of 4) to be displayed.
