i really dont know how to run this project. just did followed the documents. pls find the attachments and guide me

just followed your doc carefully but throws err like as follows
XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///F:/editr/libs/proxy.gist.php. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.
