refs PR #1 on github.

I did not add the ssl parameters as I have not been able to test these. The current influxdb implementation in icinga2 does not seem to do just encrypted transport, it would also require mutual authentication which InfluxDB Server itself doesnt do so that would need to be a component in front of it such as nginx.
