Feature: Add option to create, manage and schedule (shell/bash) scripts

Describe the solution you'd like:

For maintainability it would be great to have an option to create and maintain shell/bash scripts from the UI. Adding scripts from the UI is more user friendly then doing this from the CLI.

Some example scripts;

• Backup scripts
• Cleanup scripts
• Update scripts
• Synchronisation scripts
• What ever comes to your or the communities mind 🙂

From the UI it should be possible to;

• Create, edit and delete scripts. (syntax highlighting would be awesome)
• Each script can be started from the UI on the foreground (with feedback), in the background (without feedback) or scheduled if enabled via a cronjob.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Doing this from CLI which is for the non power users sometimes a challenge.
