Problem was that the email has to be exactly the same as the one we have in the DB and the match is case sensitive.

The attempt was using this address: name.SURNAME@domain, while the user is registered with name.surname@domain
fyi @odeimaiz, maybe we can add in the error message that the email is case sensitive.
