J-D4.1.5 Search for compatible models that can be coupled on the portal Y4M06

Develop the technology (incl. API) to detect, whether data is suitable as model input and whether models can be coupled. The principal criteria for this milestone are of formal nature (right data dimension, units...). however, the integration with knowledge management (4.1.5.2) will extend the criteria by content-based ones.

to do in this print:

• add support for opening iSeg projects with an iSeg service and python files with a JupyterLab service
• deploy on portal
• synchronously also deploy J-D3.1.5 J-D13.1.5 Dynamic dataset viewer simulation component Y4M03 #343
• in the drop down choice, already populate the selection with a choice (the first one? later, perhaps the most common one, or the best match based on meta data annotations)
• by andrew's suggestion, add a link in that drop-down popup to http://docs.osparc.io/#/docs/welcome/what_is_osparc, so people know what that means

in the future:

• it is also possible to couple computational and other services (e.g., spike detection algorithm from kember to voltage time-series)
• extend to more than extension checks
