notify users about the possibility of not being able to open the service in the future

Current situation

As a user, sometimes I:

• will open a service generate a big chunk of data in my worksapce
• close the service and the new data will be stored in S3 in addition to what I already had there

Possible future outcome

After repeating the above operation for dozens of times, at some point I will no longer be able to open my study, because my timeout for pulling the worksapce will be reached. By default 1 hour in all deployments.

Desired outcome

As a user I desire some sort of notification that will inform me about this possible outcome.

• Display a message that the user needs to clean it's worksapce, by providing path where data needs to removed from.
