Set width of Input fields dynamically

If a line consists of more then one input field, each input field has the same width independent of the number of characters inside the input field. This should be adjusted so that the width depends on the input length.

At the moment we also do not have an option to add a separate span on a line, e.g. if you want to style a text sequence on a line differently. From my view this issue needs to be solved once we added this option and expect multiple text fields per line.
