Require acceptance of terms of use at dataset level when creating/saving a dataset

Overview of the Feature Request
Is it possible to include a term of use for those who save the dataset to accept?

We want whoever saves the dataset to read the terms before registering it. It is a specific usage term. It would be necessary to include a checkbox (see attached image).
It would be for the inclusion of each dataset.

Inclusion of a term of use in the registration of a dataset by the curator

Acceptance of term of use to register a dataset by the curator

Thanks for opening this issue, @paulocortez. We created mockups with similar functionality when considering how to implement the DataTags (#871) feature for specifying sensitive data. In that scenario, the goal is the same as yours – make sure that depositors review the terms of use when depositing data.

We are not actively working on the DataTags feature at this time, and I do not know if we would end up requiring that users confirm that they have read the terms of use when depositing when we do, but I will keep your request in mind.
