Add harvested content to the Bertarelli Foundation collection in prod.

This issue is to handle the prod./devops side of the effort.
We are harvesting the 28 remote datasets for this collection from DataCite, via their OAI-PMH service. (The actual datasets are hosted all over the place on Zenodo, Dryad, etc.)
Being able to harvest from Datacite required a dev. effort that is covered separately in the main project. This issue is for the accompanying server-side work.
That included:

• Putting together a demo on dataverse-internal using a dev. build
• Creating a custom patch of 6.4 and deploying it in prod.
• Transferring the harvesting client configuration used for the demo (the config is script-generated and ready to be fed into the harvesting api)
• ... and actually harvesting the datasets
• Check in a couple of scripts that were used to create the harvesting clients in this repo
