Data Explorer needs to be optimized to work with larger data files instead of persistent loading without success

Working in Gary's DV trying to run explorer:

Comsistent spinning, no results for over one minute.

We need a solution to indicate if a file is too large to use with explorer which doesn't allow the tool to function, or to improve it's capacity to load larger files, faster.
