colcon build should be run from the base of the ros2 workspace, which in this case is ~/ros2_ws/. Assuming that you've worked your way through the installation instructions before, you should have the motion capture library installed in ~/ros2_ws/src/. Running colcon from ros2_ws/ should let CMake find the package it couldn't find before. |
