Add plot of of found mutations

Add plot of found mutations per sample in a new page of the Snakemake report.

The mutations should be shown as Nucleotide Mutations and Amionacid Mutations. Please also include insertion, deletions etc. See the screenshot below as a reference.

P.S.: This should happen asap. The virology is expecting this plot within the next report (02.12.2021). It should be included in the one after (09.12) at least.
