e.g. Maps of same place made in different times

I suppose I have solved this in the context of my Chronoscope, see for instance the Chrono CityTour or ChronoPort

An internal data record bundles the sets of maps. It is then used to populate the years bar at the bottom of the screen to switch between maps.
