使用一个公司，大概率上，会定义很多开发规则，而且在开发习惯上也会有很多相似的地方。这样每个项目类似的目录结构和配置。每一次搭建新项目就需要重新写一遍，这即“重复性工作”。为了减少这些“重复性工作”，cli（command line interface）出现，少量的参数即可自动搭建出一个项目雏形。著名的CLI有vue-cli，create-react-app等 利用node的npm来实现一个cli
