Add the plot options sub-dialog to the Climate Charts option in the Climograph dialog

However there is one big improvement - simple I hope for you? A small tweak to add and a bug to find.

a) The station control doesn't seem to fill automatically? The others do.
b) Could you add the Plot Options control. This to include the down arrow to the geoms for the individual layers in the plot. (I hope the layer information is filled automatically, as you usually do.)
c) It used to work, (yesterday!) as you can see from the results above, but now I get an error? See below:
