As discussed on the June 29, 2017 OBIB/ICO call, Person Name (http://ncicb.nci.nih.gov/xml/owl/EVS/Thesaurus.owl#C25191) is used in ICO whereas personal name (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/IAO_0020015) is used in OBIB. These are different classes (textual entity versus identifier) so OK to use both if their relation can be defined to avoid inappropriate use of one for the other. In this regard, it was discussed that 'legal name' should be a type of 'personal name' and not a type of 'Person Name'.
