Ask for help

To report a bug, please contribute in our GitHub detailing your logs with:

  • your Operating System (Mac, Windows or Linux)
  • the version of your Operating System
  • the version of Datashare
  • screenshots of your issue
  • a description of your issue.

If for confidentiality reasons you don't want to open an issue on Github, please write to [email protected] and our team will do its best to answer you in a timely manner.
