ARIA specifies where accessible names are from:
Roles Supporting Name from Author
Roles Supporting Name from Content
Roles which cannot be named (Name prohibited)

The accessible name chack should be generalized based on the above category, rather than on individual elements or roles, for full coverage and a consistent approach.
