Make Z Open Editor extensible

Hi,

We love Z Open Editor and when it comes to COBOL support it is far ahead of other solutions available.

We would love Z Open Editor to be extensible with extensions to develop ourselves.

I have expressed several issue for enhancement on this site that we could support ourselves if ZOE was extensible.

To date, we have identified the following main needs:

• access the abstract syntax tree produced by the language server
• API for interacting with source code opened in Z Open Editor #93
• All languages (COBOL first) - Corporate standards control mechanisms #180
• access the list of dependencies between source code and other artifacts

A priori some of these features already exist in ZOE, but they are not public.

I will also recommend that ZOE focuses on the "Code Editing" part, and that other topics like build (IBM User Build and interface with IBM DBB) and IA generative, (interace with watson .x for z/OS), are managed in separate extensions.
