Upgrade to lightning 2.4.0 #166

Do you think we can now upgrade the lightning dependency in terratorch to v2.4.0 ?
The issues that was blocking that upgrade seems to have been resolved > Lightning-AI/pytorch-lightning#19977

If we can try and this passes the tests we should be ok to remove the dependency restriction
