The side menu for https://nicedoc.io/ibm/kui is not working properly

The menu is using this kind of links #user-content-quick-install but the correct one should be just #quick-install.

The same thing is happening on https://nicedoc.io/aneagoie/ztm-python-cheat-sheet. I'll try looking into it!
