Reference PR: #811

Need To Add check If perfmon sensor file is exist then only the configure sensor command should run else it will fail if sensor in not installed.

" 'mmperfmon: There is no performance monitoring configuration data.' not in scale_zimon_conf_sensors.stderr"

Need to add sample inventory file for config.yml changes
