Can container-services-go-sdk be used for Stage environment.

Currently, I am using on prod environment

auth := kubernetesserviceapiv1.KubernetesServiceApiV1Options{
	URL: "**https://containers.cloud.ibm.com/global",**
	Authenticator: &core.IamAuthenticator{
		ApiKey: iamkey,
	},
}

Is it possible to Create/update/delete/get cluster from stage/prestage environment?
