Because Material doesn't support Swift 3 and haven't seen a plan for it, we need to work on Swift 2.2 and upgrade to Swift 3 once both IBAnimatable and Material support Swift 3.

We are working on IBAnimatable Swift 3 support, please see IBAnimatable/IBAnimatable#221
