Can not run the program on colab #62

I can't run the program in colab. It gives me so many error related to the model and group_normalization which is related to version of tensorflow and keras. #

This issue is almost 2 years old, however I'm citing a solution in case anyone else needs it: Running Tensorflow 1.x on Google Colab.
