Is not better to move to legacy the XmippProtExtractParticleStacks?

@albertmena, the output XmippProtExtractParticleStacks is not used by any other program. That is the main reason to be removed. It is a extraction of tilt series particles. They are a new object that have no biological meaning, and not used by other programs.
