xmipp3 - filter volumes creates stk 2D stack #759

Reported on the mailing list:

the above protocol generates an stk file which is not a 3D volume (i.e. renaming to .vol does not open it in Chimera) but a stack of 2D images

Suggestion: generate MRC volume file instead

We should refactor the base protocol and replace stack by mrc
